Standard Delivery
This item will be delivered by Australia Post or another carrier as appropriate.

Delivery process

Standard Delivery is a fast and cost effective shipping method that delivers direct to your front door, mailbox, front entrance,
foyer, reception or other ground floor parcel receiving location (sorry, our delivery drivers cannot go up stairs or go past the front door).
Standard Delivery will usually occur Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) but may outside of these hours during peak periods.
We do our best to keep you informed along the way as to when your delivery will arrive.
We send emails alerts to let you know when your order is in transit and on the day of delivery to you.
Unfortunately we’re unable to provide a choice of delivery day or time for these types of deliveries.

Delivery costs

The cost of delivery is included in the price when you place your order, saving you time and money.

First-time delivery

Did you know that customers who authorise couriers to leave parcels in a safe place, known as an “Authority to Leave” (ATL),
receive their goods faster and have higher levels of customer satisfaction?
If you can’t be home to receive your delivery, we encourage you to authorise couriers to leave parcels in a safe place out of the weather.
You can provide this instruction during checkout. This will allow you to receive your goods first-time and avoid the hassle of missed deliveries and re-deliveries.
If you prefer not to allow us to leave your delivery in a safe place, we will require authorisation on delivery.
Under social distancing for contactless deliveries, the driver will ask for your name and sign on your behalf.

Multiple shipments

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship your items separately,
at no additional cost to you, to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it, no questions asked.
Please send it back to us in its original packaging.

Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the actual shipping costs associated with both initial and return shipment.
Damages
If an item has been damaged in transit, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible. 
Faults & Warranty
If an item arrives that is faulty, missing parts, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing,
please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible.
